Terms of Service

This website
ClaimPilot is an independent flight-delay compensation claims service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any airline. Compensation figures shown on this site are illustrative estimates based on UK261/EU261 rules and the details you provide — the actual amount depends on your specific flight and the airline’s response.
The claims service
When you submit a claim, you’re asked to sign a separate Letter of Authority and no win, no fee agreement specific to that claim — that document (not this page) governs the relationship between you and ClaimPilot for pursuing it, including our fee. These Terms cover the website generally: eligibility to use it, acceptable use, and liability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and confirm you haven’t already been compensated for the same disruption or instructed another firm to pursue the same claim — the same warranty appears in the per-claim agreement.
Acceptable use
Don’t submit false or fraudulent claims, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to collect data about other people. We can suspend access for use that breaches this.
No guarantee of outcome
We assess eligibility in good faith based on the information you give us, but the airline — or ultimately a court or ombudsman — decides the outcome. We’re not liable for an airline’s refusal to pay, delays in their response, or a claim turning out to be ineligible on facts that weren’t clear when submitted.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
